The box office is closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Event Days:

Payments Accepted:

Cash, Personal Check (10 business days prior to event w/ valid driver’s license or other state or federally issued photo I.D. We regret that checks cannot be accepted for General Admission events.) Traveler’s Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checking Card, Diner’s Club and Lowell Auditorium Gift Certificate.

Gift Cards:

Take the guesswork out of gift giving! Lowell Memorial Auditorium gift cards are the perfect gift. Gift cards can be purchased in any amount and are valid on ticket purchases only. You can purchase gift cards in person at the box office or by calling the box office at (978) 454-2299.

The box office does not accept Ticketmaster gift certificates. Ticketmaster gift certificates may be redeemed for Lowell Memorial Auditorium events at any Ticketmaster outlet.

Will Call:

Ticketmaster Will Call is available for pick up two hours prior to the start of an event. Customer must present Ticketmaster confirmation number, the actual credit card that was used to place the order and a state or federally issued photo I.D.

Box Office Will Call is available for pick up anytime during business hours. A state or federally issued photo I.D. is required for pick up.

Will Call tickets will only be issued to the person whose name appears on the order. If you need to add an alternate pick up name to a Ticketmaster order please contact their Customer Service Department at (800) 745-3000. For all other orders please contact the person/party from whom you are receiving your tickets.

Accessible Seating:

Wheelchair accessible seating is located in Parquet Sections A and K. In an attempt to accommodate as many patrons as possible, we limit each order to one companion seat per accessible seat required.

Children Policy:

For children’s shows (i.e. Sesame Street Live, Bear in the Big Blue House): Any child who has had his first birthday requires a ticket to enter the auditorium. Children under the age of 1 do not need a ticket to enter the auditorium as long as they are sitting on a lap.

For all other events: Any child 2 years or older needs a ticket to enter the auditorium. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket to enter the auditorium as long as they are sitting on a lap.
