Mark King
Starting as a young salesman who sold the then-unknown TaylorMade brand to pro shops, Mark King rose through the ranks and took the reins of his company at a time when both sales - and corporate morale - were on the decline. Through his unwavering passion for the game and business of golf and by embracing a back-to-basics, bottom-up approach to management, King continues to lead the company’s unprecedented growth from $300 million a year in sales to $1.2 billion in less than a decade. King shares his hard-learned experience on what it takes to empower a team and sustain growth for an international business through even the toughest of times. Beyond leadership of a company, King also shows the importance of leading oneself by explaining what it takes to be a great salesperson, how to stay personally motivated and how to cultivate that energy in others. A charismatic and energetic leader, King’s entertaining presentations challenge audiences to envision where their companies should be tomorrow and eradicate the behavior that is holding them back today.
Milton Ezrati
Milton Ezrati is a Partner and Lord Abbett’s Senior Economist and Market Strategist, responsible for economic research and strategy, enabling clients to gain context and a further understanding of today’s global markets. Mr. Ezrati, who has more than 30 years of experience in the fi nancial services industry, joined Lord Abbett in 2000. He was named a Partner in 2004. Prior to joining Lord Abbett, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Investing for the Americas at Nomura Asset Management USA. A recognized authority on a range of global and domestic financial issues, Mr. Ezrati speaks to audiences across the United States, Europe, and Asia. He frequently contributes to and is quoted in a variety of publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and The Financial Times, and appears on financial television providing market commentary.
