Position:Fall Marketing Internship The Lowell Memorial Auditorium is seeking an intern to assist in the marketing department during the Fall of 2008. Responsibilities include assisting with advertising, public relations, group sales, and promotions for concerts, Broadway shows, comedy and family shows. This is an unpaid, for-credit position. 6-10 hours a week. Hours are very flexible. College students pursuing marketing, business, or communications degrees are preferred, but all candidates considered. Strong writing skills and enthusiasm are a must. Position:Ticket Sellers The box office is seeking two part-time ticket sellers for our upcoming 2007-2008 season. Responsibilities include handling phone and walk up sales using computerized ticketing system and balancing monies received from sales, as well as assisting with mailings, filing, faxing, database entry and answering administrative phones as needed. Hours are flexible and will require working some nights and weekends. Strong computer, communication and customer service skills are required.
