Do you sell food and beverages at your events?
Food and beverages are sold at most events. We have two concession stands on each floor (the stands serve beer and wine) and a bar in the Hall of Flags. Depending on the event, there may not be a bar and not all concessions stands may be open.
What is your camera policy?
This decision is usually made by the act and in most cases, cameras are not allowed. The venue normally does not know the policy until the day of the show.
Do you have accessible seating?
Accessible seating is located in Row D and E of Parquet A and K. Please call the box office at
(978) 454-2299 to purchase tickets in these locations.
How do I get to the Lowell Memorial Auditorium?

Do you have a lost and found?
The lost and found is located in our box office. If you lost something at one of our events, please call the box office at (978) 454-2299.
Is there an ATM in the building?
The ATM is located in the Hall of Flags at the entrance across from the box office.
What time do doors open for events?
Doors open an hour prior to the show time.
Are my seats next to each other?
If you're seats are on the floor, the Left and Left Center sections are odd numbers only and the Right and Right Center sections are even numbers only. All other sections have regular numbers.

Where can I park?
There is on street metered parking along East Merrimack Street and parking is also available at the following locations: Lowell Locks Parking Garage (90 Warren Street), John Street Parking Garage (75 John Street), Davidson Street Parking Lot (50 Davidson Street) and the Leo Roy Parking Garage (100 Market Street).
The Immaculate Conception Church parking lot is also available for some events. Handicap parking is available on the street in front of the building.
